African Cultural Fair
Thursday - March 4, 2010 - 1:00pm -5:00pm
Africa! An exotic, dangerous, exciting tropical paradise. But what is actually like to live there? Come spend
time with special guests from Lutheran Bible Translators (www.LBT.org). They have walked along the streets
in Africa, studied the languages, bartered in the marketplaces, and joined the African people for songs and
stories and laughter. Now they want to share that culture experience with you.
Native American Journey
April 15, 2010 - 1:00pm -5:00pm
Journey back to the early 1800’s to discover what life was like in Illinois before railroads, acres of farmland
and a city called Chicago. Walk the land where Potawatomi tribes once called home as they hunted along the
Kishwaukee River. Revisit the arts of flint knapping and archery while exploring a different way of life out on
the American frontier.
Aquatic Antics

Ever wonder what life adventures take place under water? Prepare to get wet when you join Walcamp’s aquatic
life for a day of creek stomping, amphibian searching, canoeing, and more as you discover many wonders of
God’s creation.
